OUTPATIENT COUNSELING AND
PSYCHIATRIC CARE
 | SERVICES
 | Professional counseling to children and adults with a variety of mental
health problems.

| Services include: individual therapy, couples counseling, family
therapy, parent training and group therapy.
|
| Psychological tests assess intellectual ability, aptitude, vocational
interests and personality.
|
| Psychiatric evaluations and psychiatric medications.
|
| Other services include: nursing home consultant for the elderly;
counseling battered women in the domestic violence shelter; consultations with probation,
schools and children and youth services.

| ELIGIBILITY
| Anyone having mental health problems can be referred for this service.
|
| Ages three and above served.
|
| Payment options include: Medicaid, Medicare, certain private
health insurance and fees based on income.
|
|

| Office sites located in Bradford, Smethport and Kane.
|

| Masters and Ph.D. level therapists.
|
